Chief Financial Officer

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's financial functions and performance.
• Work in partnership with senior executives and the Board of Directors to establish financial and strategic goals for the company, and financial and investing strategies to meet specific business objectives, legal, regulatory and securities reporting requirements.
• Develop or enhance, implement, and enforce policies and procedures that will improve the overall compliance, operation and effectiveness of the organization while keeping the business moving forward.
• Review and make update recommendations to the Board of Directors on all company charters, plans and processes in line with the industry standard.

This role accelerates growth in the energy and power sectors, contributing to making the world greener through strategic financial leadership and capital formation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a publicly traded corporation, preferably as CFO.
• Outstanding knowledge and understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance and SEC reporting.
• Experience developing and implementing a corporate fundraising strategy.
