Mission

What you will drive

  • Create and implement a strategic growth plan for Creator Accountability Network with focus on fundraising, leadership development, and outreach
  • Establish organizational priorities and measurable goals while supporting the Executive Director in decision-making frameworks
  • Build and strengthen internal structures for financial operations, budgeting, and operational management
  • Establish fundraising programs through creator outreach, individual donations, community organizations, and government partnerships

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in nonprofit, leadership, management, or operations roles
  • Strong background in mentoring or developing senior leaders in professional, volunteer, or community contexts
  • Experience in fundraising, grant writing, donor relations, or other nonprofit development work
  • Demonstrated interest in community safety work through employment or volunteer work (e.g., victim advocacy, counseling, mediation)

Benefits

Salary of $140,000, up to $15,000 qualified annual reimbursement for health insurance marketplace premiums, and unlimited paid time off. Position is funded for a minimum of one year by a dedicated grant with a total budget of $175,000 annually, with annual renewal likely.
