Mission
What you will drive
- Create and implement a strategic growth plan for Creator Accountability Network with focus on fundraising, leadership development, and outreach
- Establish organizational priorities and measurable goals while supporting the Executive Director in decision-making frameworks
- Build and strengthen internal structures for financial operations, budgeting, and operational management
- Establish fundraising programs through creator outreach, individual donations, community organizations, and government partnerships

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 10 years of experience in nonprofit, leadership, management, or operations roles
- Strong background in mentoring or developing senior leaders in professional, volunteer, or community contexts
- Experience in fundraising, grant writing, donor relations, or other nonprofit development work
- Demonstrated interest in community safety work through employment or volunteer work (e.g., victim advocacy, counseling, mediation)
