Certification Lead Assessor

• Lead assessments according to ERM CVS procedures, prepare reports, and determine assessment conclusions.
• Participate in the development of ERM CVS core competencies and processes, including proactive sharing of knowledge and experience.
• Support business growth via the identification and development of sales opportunities with the support of relevant ERM CVS Partners.

This role contributes to environmental, health, and safety improvements by leading accredited audits and verification services that help organizations implement better management systems and comply with regulations.

• Graduate degree level qualification in relevant subject matter or suitable Health, Safety, Environmental, or Quality professional education.
• Five years of relevant professional experience, including operational, development, or assessment of management systems designed to deliver services and products to customers, as well as performance reporting of EHS objectives.
• Sector experience covering one or more of: Oil and Gas, Mining and Minerals, Data Centre operations, or General Manufacturing/Fabrication processes.
• Training and understanding of at least two or more management system standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.
• Working knowledge and application of ISO 17021 and ISO 17029.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations in the U.S. or throughout the Americas.
• Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Fluent English speaker with clear and concise written and spoken English, other languages advantageous.
