What you will drive

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the global campaign calendar to ensure visibility on timelines, asset readiness, cross-functional dependencies, and capacity planning across regions.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive qualified lead generation and meet ROAS targets.
  • Create campaign performance reports and dashboards for key personas, verticals, and regions; identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Leverage AI tools, assistants, and prompts to rapidly adapt and localize campaign content for different personas, verticals, regions, and languages while maintaining brand voice.

What makes you a great fit

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; or equivalent B2B marketing experience.
  • 2–4 years of digital marketing and/or marketing operations experience with hands-on campaign management and demonstrated results.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns including targeting, budget management, and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and campaign attribution.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CMS platforms, and familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools (Writer.com, Jasper.AI, Copilot, ChatGPT) for content creation or adaptation.
