Business Systems Administrator

Primary responsibilities and duties:

• Support the overall administration, maintenance, and functionality of Salesforce, SharePoint, and other internal systems
• Design, build, and manage Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and automations to streamline processes
• Take primary responsibility for managing and resolving technical support tickets submitted by the Bellwether team
• Support Bellwether's ongoing work to integrate AI responsibly across internal systems

This role helps Bellwether transform education to ensure students furthest from opportunity achieve outcomes that lead to fulfilling lives and flourishing communities by maintaining and improving systems that enable the organization to accelerate impact, inform policy, and collaborate effectively.

Required skills, experience, and qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years administering Salesforce or similar business systems
• Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and working with other automation tools
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement practical solutions
• Passion for providing superb customer service and ability to help users of all skill levels solve technical challenges
