What you will drive

Primary responsibilities and duties:

  • Support the overall administration, maintenance, and functionality of Salesforce, SharePoint, and other internal systems
  • Design, build, and manage Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and automations to streamline processes
  • Take primary responsibility for managing and resolving technical support tickets submitted by the Bellwether team
  • Support Bellwether's ongoing work to integrate AI responsibly across internal systems

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years administering Salesforce or similar business systems
  • Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and working with other automation tools
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement practical solutions
  • Passion for providing superb customer service and ability to help users of all skill levels solve technical challenges
