Business Support Group Coordinator

• Ensure a seamless flow of activities during proposal and EOI preparation, including compiling, editing, and proofreading technical content.
• Coordinate with technical managers and other contributors to develop professional bid documents, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of senior technical time.
• Develop and maintain standard templates, document repositories, and project experience databases to support proposal development.
• Prepare monthly performance reports on win/loss ratios, proposal costs, and other metrics to evaluate and improve business outcomes.

• At least five years of experience in preparing proposals for infrastructure projects for international financial institutions (e.g., ADB, World Bank) with a proven success rate.
• Appropriate professional qualifications and experience in SMEC procedures and systems, preferably within the Division's geographic footprint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with proficiency in MS Office and preferably graphics software for producing professional documents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and technical groups.
