Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to Sector Directors, including diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, event planning, internal reporting, and expense processing.
  • Coordinate and track governance activities such as GNGs, project risk reviews, Healthy Starts, NPS and client surveys, ensuring timely completion and follow-up actions.
  • Partner with Operations Managers, Project Administration, Controls, GBS and EC teams to monitor project performance, drive improvements in cash collection, data quality, time compliance, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Support client, market, pursuit and opportunity reporting, maintaining accurate and current information in Salesforce and producing relevant reports for business line meetings.
