Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop micro-enterprises by identifying potential areas for program implementation, mobilizing qualified groups, and spearheading the start of approved businesses
- Provide training and mentoring to business owners on choosing and running businesses, with at least two visits per month to each business
- Organize and support Business Savings Groups (BSGs) with training on formation for self-directed savings and loans
- Submit monthly activity progress reports, business profiles, and success stories as requested

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications and experience:
- Minimum qualification of Degree in Social work, Education, Business Management or related field
- 1-year experience in teaching, training, mentoring and/or community work with adults
- Ability to read, write, communicate and deliver business training in Amharic and local languages (Kaffagna) spoken in the project area
- Capability in conducting field work and residence in the specified area or willing to reside at woreda, kebele, and village level of operation
