Business Development Representative

• Work cross-functionally with Sales Executives, Account Managers, Project Development professionals, and platform teams to understand market landscape and opportunities
• Identify target customers, qualify outbound leads, strategically reach out to key decision makers, and conduct introductory meetings
• Become an expert on commercial and industrial real estate archetypes, target markets, organizational structures, modern sales tools, and data resources
• Develop and support sales pipeline that leads to solar panel deployment across America

This role is on the front lines in the fight against climate change, actively accelerating the deployment of renewable energy resources that will directly lead to more solar panels on rooftops across America.

• Recent graduate with solid internship or 1-2 years of sales experience
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient with Salesforce and internal software
• Team-oriented with ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapid-growth environments
• Flexible, quick responder who can adapt to dynamic challenges
• Located in or willing to relocate to Boulder/Denver, CO area

Salary & Equity: Base salary range of $64,800 - $90,200 per year plus equity in the form of stock options
