Business Development Representative

• Conduct research on prospective customers to identify their unique challenges and needs, utilizing this research to engage customers with a strong knowledge of their pain points.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to identify prospective agencies that align with Swiftly's mission and solutions.
• Use discovery techniques to assess an agency's needs and challenges, ensuring a strong fit with Swiftly's platform.
• Work with the Sales and Marketing team to develop account-based plans to strategically target and nurture high-value accounts.

This role helps improve transit operations and passenger experience by connecting transit agencies with Swiftly's platform, leading to better service reliability, increased ridership, and more efficient transit systems.

• 0-3 years of experience, passionate about public transit, and eager to grow at a fast-paced technology company.
• Great communicator who can engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from frontline staff to senior executives.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Competitive salary: US Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 USD (OTE), Canadian Salary Range: $66,000-$81,000 CAD (OTE)
