What you will drive

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3-5 years of experience in utility business development, sales, or account management within utility/energy sectors
- Strong understanding of utility operations, energy efficiency, and regulatory environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Energy Management or related field preferred
Benefits
What's in it for you
Compensation range of $110,000-$130,000 base salary plus commission, with eligibility for discretionary annual bonus. Benefits include three weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, 401(k) with employer matching, health/dental/vision insurance, and other supplemental benefits.
