Business Development Representative (Bilingual)

As Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving our sales pipeline for our SaaS product, Spectra, into financial services and real estate clients in the UK and EU markets. You will be responsible for:

• Prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales team
• Qualifying opportunities from our marketing team
• Supporting inbound sales in addition to your own outbound drive

This role contributes to a business making purposeful impact related to climate change by helping financial institutions and real estate firms become more resilient to climate change and make smarter investment and lending decisions.

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience in new business development and lead generation for a technology/SaaS product
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively
• Highly motivated, self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a desire to exceed targets
• Bilingual/Fluent - Arabic or Spanish ideal

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Arabic or Chinese Bilingual/Fluent
