What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Strengthening relationships with existing clients and forging new partnerships
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Thermal and Renewable Energy sector
- Leading multiple tender processes, including bid scheduling, compliance, and document production
- Supporting business development activities across the EMEA region in collaboration with other AFRY offices

Required qualifications:
- Experience in business development, preferably in the energy sector
- Working knowledge of contracts, framework agreements, and tendering qualification processes
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and client needs
- Experience with Client Relationship Management systems (specifically Microsoft Dynamics)
