Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Conduct deep market analysis to identify high-value opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats
- Build comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, pricing, channel strategy, and customer segmentation
- Own end-to-end execution of GTM plans—from first customer conversations to signed contracts
- Close deals and build strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 7+ years in business development, sales, strategy consulting, or related roles with demonstrated revenue impact
- Proven track record of closing at least $10M in commercial agreements
- Market entry experience with at least 2 successful product launches into new markets
- Exceptional analytical skills with comfort in market research, financial modeling, and competitive analysis
- Experience in food & beverage, CPG, ingredients, or B2B sales strongly preferred
