Business Development Manager - Nordics

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle for the Nordics region with a particular focus on strategic targeting and outreach
• Actively and consistently prospect, cold outreach, and add high-value prospects to build a strong pipeline in the region
• Identify client challenges and align them with the relevant elements of the DeepSea solution ecosystem
• Collaborate with product, operations and customer success teams to ensure client needs are clearly understood and addressed

This role helps shipping companies cut fuel consumption and reduce emissions through DeepSea's maritime optimization platform, contributing to a more sustainable shipping industry.

• Experience in the maritime tech industry, in customer facing positions, ideally having enterprise B2B sales experience
• A highly driven, self-starter mindset
• Ability to navigate complex sales environments with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
• Strong ability to grasp technical concepts
