Business Associate Intern

You'll work closely with our CEO on:

• Business development: Drive outbound prospecting, lead qualification, CRM management, and pipeline building.
• Marketing & communication: Support content production (e.g., blog articles, monthly newsletter, etc.), manage events & partnerships, and contribute to comms/PR initiatives.
• Customer success & support: Help onboard and support consulting firms and corporate clients, support user research and community animation.
• Operations: Assist with financial reporting and market analysis; implement tools and workflows to streamline operational tasks.

This role contributes to the growth and success of Darwin Data, an AI-native company, by supporting high-impact initiatives across business development, marketing, customer success, and operations, with a potential positive impact through the company's focus on sustainability and biodiversity.

• End-of-studies internship in a top business school (or equivalent), with first experiences in high-intensity environments (e.g. startups, consulting, banking, growth roles, VC etc.).
• A true Swiss army knife: you're comfortable operating across different business environments (Ops, Marketing, Finance, Customer success). You know how to structure a solid deck, build a clean Excel model, manage a CRM or coordinate an event — and you enjoy switching between all of these.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset: you're curious, autonomous, and eager to learn what it takes to build a company from the ground up. You're hands-on, resourceful, and proactive.
• Real enthusiasm for automation: we're an AI-native company and believe in streamlining as much as possible. We're looking for someone excited to explore, test, and deploy new AI tools to make every part of the workday faster and smarter.
• Fluent in French & English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A keen interest in sustainability & biodiversity is a strong plus!
