Building Electrification Senior Project Manager (Hybrid/Remote - CA)

• Helping craft overall program vision, direction, execution, and completion of program deliverables
• Facilitating the progress of a new program launch and managing project portfolios focused on market transformation
• Communicating program and market progress to management, clients, and external stakeholders
• Guiding a team of contributors that will be conducting market research and data analysis

This role supports innovative strategies, policy, and strategy for the Technology and Equipment for Clean Heating (TECH) initiative, a multi-year, statewide market transformation program focused on residential decarbonization in California, helping shape the nation's energy future.

• Bachelor's degree in an energy, engineering, or environmental related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience (graduate school years applicable)
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience
• Strong technical writing, data analysis, verbal communication and presentation skills

The salary range for this role is $92,000 to $125,000/annually, with a target compensation of $92,000 to $106,250 based on experience and qualifications. Compensation includes a generous retirement package, medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
