• Compensation structure: base salary, possible performance bonus depending on role, company-wide bonus tied to revenue, and equity in the form of stock options.
• Healthcare: 100% of premiums covered for employees with Aetna or Kaiser plans, plus $400 subsidy for dependents.
• Dental & vision: 100% of premiums covered for employees, 50% for dependents.
