Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Record and monitor monthly 10-15 income and expense transactions in QuickBooks Online, ensuring proper categorization and coding
- Perform monthly reconciliation of QuickBooks Online, bank accounts, credit cards, and third-party transactions including Givebutter, Square, and PayPal
- Maintain and organize financial records in Google Drive, providing timely financial updates and reports to the Board Treasurer and Operations Admin
- Support development of Standard Operating Procedures for financial processes and implement internal controls for accuracy, compliance, and fraud prevention

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, or finance professional
- 3-5 years of experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Familiarity with Givebutter, Square, PayPal reconciliations, and Google Drive for financial document management
- Experience in developing SOPs and implementing financial internal controls
- Strong understanding of nonprofit financial management, GAAP, bank reconciliations, and financial compliance
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines independently
