Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical lead for strategically significant biosolids treatment and disposal projects, providing technical expertise and ensuring project quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and regulatory agencies, representing the company in industry and professional organizations.
  • Oversee project teams, supervise engineers and technicians, and prepare technical reports and proposals for clients.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and regulatory developments in biosolids management and support business development and marketing efforts.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of related experience in environmental/engineering consulting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, engineering, or related field (MS preferred).
  • Broad experience in project management, technical project execution, and business development in the consulting business.
  • Strong network in the industry, excellent reputation, and ability to motivate others and grow the organization.
