Mission
What you will drive
- Enter new and updated customer contracts into system and update existing customer contracts as needed
- Compare data entered to source documentation for accuracy and completeness, making corrections when needed
- Scan source documents as PDFs into the document storage system and ensure proper storage of billing-related documents
- Prepare accurate and timely bills to customers based on service contract terms and transmit invoices or upload billing information to customer payment platforms

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 0-2 years of experience in entering, maintaining, and validating service and billing data and preparing customer invoices
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel with knowledge of basic computer functions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a high volume environment with attention to accuracy
- Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to work well within a team
