BESS Business Development Director – IPP & Developer

• Develop and execute FlexGen's go-to-market strategy for the IPP and Developer segment across North America
• Identify and qualify opportunities for energy storage deployments that support IPP and Developers financial project returns, resiliency, sustainability, and grid services
• Collaborate with internal teams—including product, engineering, delivery, and customer success—to design and deliver tailored solutions
• Lead the preparation of commercial and technical proposals, including pricing, scope, and partnership structures

This role delivers energy storage solutions that enable reliability, sustainability, and cost efficiency for large energy users, supporting the transition to renewable energy infrastructure.

• Minimum of BS degree in engineering or technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience; 2+ years of experience in the IPP space
• Experience with electric power, renewable energy (solar, wind, and battery), industrial communication, or electrical service
• Executed BESS projects in the IPP & Developer Space
