Backend Developer

• Be a founding member of a new backend team building products for Generation areas
• Work on a greenfield project in the renewable generation & financial space from the very beginning
• Participate in structural thinking and developing from the ground up
• Influence how the backend grows to meet new challenges while working alongside talented engineers

This role contributes to transforming renewable energy generation with consumers at the heart, helping power a sustainable future and making positive impacts for communities through green energy projects.

• Passion to create functional, scalable software loved by customers with a growth mindset
• Experience creating web service backends for mobile/web apps using Python/Django
• Strong understanding of Python ecosystem with 2+ years of experience
• Ability to discuss vision/features, propose creative solutions, and write robust, fault-tolerant software
• Proficient with Git and familiar with CI/CD (GraphQL knowledge and regulated industry experience are pluses)
