Auditor, Diamond and Jewelry Services

Core responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate audits with clients, including travel arrangements and expense reporting
• Conduct on-site assessments at client facilities to evaluate practices against SCS-007-1 and Responsible Jewelry Council certification standards
• Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain thorough client records within established timelines
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards while attending required training

This role promotes responsible and sustainable practices in the diamond and jewelry industry by ensuring compliance with ethical standards, supporting supply chain transparency, and addressing human rights and environmental concerns.

Required qualifications:

• University degree in a relevant field with minimum 2 years' experience in mining, refining, jewelry manufacturing, supply chain management, or sustainability
• RJC Lead Auditor status and ISO management systems training (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 19011)
• Knowledge of responsible sourcing, chain of custody models, Kimberley Process, social auditing standards, and human rights in supply chains
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, client communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
