What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support project planning and execution by assisting with schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate communication and team alignment across internal teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Manage construction documentation including RFIs, submittals, design bulletins, and meeting records
- Support budget, procurement, and change management processes

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Foundational experience supporting construction or infrastructure projects in project coordination or assistant project management roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with documentation and tracking
- Familiarity with construction administration processes such as RFIs, submittals, and change orders
