Associate Project Manager - Data Center

Core responsibilities:

• Support project planning and execution by assisting with schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Coordinate communication and team alignment across internal teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants
• Manage construction documentation including RFIs, submittals, design bulletins, and meeting records
• Support budget, procurement, and change management processes

This role advances Intersect's mission to accelerate the energy transition by delivering technically complex, large-scale infrastructure projects with consistency and discipline, helping to build data centers that support renewable energy integration.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Foundational experience supporting construction or infrastructure projects in project coordination or assistant project management roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with documentation and tracking
• Familiarity with construction administration processes such as RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Total compensation: $118,750 - $137,500 (base salary + bonus in USD)
