What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support project scoping and qualitative/quantitative research through activities such as interviews, surveys, process mapping, and policy reviews
  • Design and implement day-to-day project deliverables including work plans, policy documents, research reports, training materials, and procurement solicitations
  • Lead day-to-day change management and implementation activities including meetings, workshops, and coaching with government stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with government leaders and nonprofit partners, representing PPG at conferences and events

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience and/or certifications
  • Three or more years of experience delivering public infrastructure projects or closely related work (public sector procurement, public works, government finance/operations, or consulting)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and visual collaboration tools (Canva, Zoom)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 7-10 times per year
