Associate, Individual Giving & Family Foundations

• Support all aspects of the donor cycle including prospecting, outreach tracking, drafting proposals and reports, tracking grant agreements and documentation, and database maintenance
• Identify and research new prospects, create outreach lists, and create email drafts in collaboration with the Director
• Manage and organize all grant agreements and relevant funder materials for record and reporting purposes
• Lead on the maintenance and upkeep of our donor database in our CRM and Drive for the Individual Giving & Family Foundations Portfolio

This role helps grow revenue from individuals and family foundations to support Civic Nation's initiatives that build a more inclusive and equitable America by tackling pressing social challenges.

• 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced fundraising environment, such as a non-profit or grassroots campaign
• Demonstrated written, verbal, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Experience and familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence, with an ability to develop and maintain long-term, productive relationships internally and externally

The Washington, DC-based salary range for this position is $62,600 to $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
