Associate Director, OutcomesAI

Core responsibilities:

• Serve as project lead to deliver 1:1, 1:some, and cohort-style engagements, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and high quality
• Manage engagement aspects including project plans, work streams, analyses, and delegating responsibilities to leverage team and consultant expertise
• Facilitate meetings, cohorts, and communities of practice, incorporating best practices to strengthen the OAI program
• Develop content such as white papers and case studies, create tools and resources for multiple engagements, and provide training sessions

This role contributes to increasing the number of effective solutions in the social and education sectors and scaling them faster, ultimately producing stronger, more meaningful, and more equitable outcomes for students and communities.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) with 8+ years experience in nonprofit or education sectors
• Experience in consulting or technical assistance focused on technology adoption, leading high-performing teams, and delivering complex projects
• Strong foundational understanding of AI/ML principles and familiarity with common AI/ML use cases in nonprofit and education settings
• Highly proficient in using general-purpose AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to optimize workflows and support analytical workstreams
