What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Serve as project lead to deliver 1:1, 1:some, and cohort-style engagements, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and high quality
- Manage engagement aspects including project plans, work streams, analyses, and delegating responsibilities to leverage team and consultant expertise
- Facilitate meetings, cohorts, and communities of practice, incorporating best practices to strengthen the OAI program
- Develop content such as white papers and case studies, create tools and resources for multiple engagements, and provide training sessions

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) with 8+ years experience in nonprofit or education sectors
- Experience in consulting or technical assistance focused on technology adoption, leading high-performing teams, and delivering complex projects
- Strong foundational understanding of AI/ML principles and familiarity with common AI/ML use cases in nonprofit and education settings
- Highly proficient in using general-purpose AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to optimize workflows and support analytical workstreams
