What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Serve as relationship owner for assigned portfolio of campus partners, managing the full implementation cycle from planning to renewal
  • Provide consistent stewardship and support to ensure effective implementation of CDI's programs, addressing challenges and promoting engagement
  • Track implementation progress using internal tools like HubSpot and Asana, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with organizational goals
  • Lead renewal strategy and contracting for portfolio partners, contributing to high retention rates

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 5-7 years experience in partnership management, program implementation, or related roles in nonprofits, higher education, or EdTech
  • At least 1 year working directly in or with higher education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong relationship-building skills with ability to navigate complex organizations and balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex ideas
  • Proven project management abilities with attention to detail
  • Analytical thinking skills to extract insights from data
