What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Serve as relationship owner for assigned portfolio of campus partners, managing the full implementation cycle from planning to renewal
- Provide consistent stewardship and support to ensure effective implementation of CDI's programs, addressing challenges and promoting engagement
- Track implementation progress using internal tools like HubSpot and Asana, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with organizational goals
- Lead renewal strategy and contracting for portfolio partners, contributing to high retention rates

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 5-7 years experience in partnership management, program implementation, or related roles in nonprofits, higher education, or EdTech
- At least 1 year working directly in or with higher education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong relationship-building skills with ability to navigate complex organizations and balance multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex ideas
- Proven project management abilities with attention to detail
- Analytical thinking skills to extract insights from data
