Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of communication and marketing plans to create meaningful and measurable value and impact
- Oversee membership programs including enforcement of membership processes, membership campaigns, special projects, and member engagement and outreach
- Manage Marketing and Membership Departments, lead projects and programs, and supervise staff
- Serve as liaison to AAFCS committees, communities, units, or other groups as applicable

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or similar; or bachelor's degree with six or more years of experience in communications and membership relations
- At least three years of experience in membership relations and at least two years of experience in marketing preferred
- Skillful in social media platforms, online design tools, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Canva, Google Workspace, and/or Association Management Systems (AMS)
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to compose, edit, and deliver high quality communications
