Associate Director of Drug Development, Program Management

• Drive development planning for assigned assets in partnership with the program lead and cross-functional subject matter experts from preclinical to late-stage clinical development.
• Facilitate program team meetings & governance, driving agenda and deck development, tracking outcomes and ensuring deliverables.
• Develop and maintain program-level plans, timelines, base case/upside scenarios, accounting for critical path activities and all interdependencies.
• Proactively identify, communicate, and risk plan for program-level risks while ensuring accountability across teams and timely delivery of high-quality work.

You will be a key leader in developing and driving the execution of late preclinical to clinical phase assets, making significant contributions toward execution of the clinical development portfolio to advance the future of medicine and radically improve lives.

• BS in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field preferred with 8+ years of experience in drug development within biotech/pharmaceutical industry, including 3+ years in program management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in a matrix environment with expertise in managing clinical development programs, including pre-IND stage assets.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and clinical development pathways, including IND/CTA and NDA/BLA/MAA submissions.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills with experience managing global drug development programs across multiple therapeutic areas or modalities.

Estimated annual base range of $187,200 to $232,000 (USD), plus eligibility for annual bonus and equity compensation, comprehensive benefits package, and a values-driven culture emphasizing bold action with integrity, deep care, active learning, urgency for patients, ownership, and collaboration.
