Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain TAP's core digital platforms, including donor, fundraising, content, and collaboration tools
- Partner with the Marketing team to maintain and optimize TAP's website using Wix, including functionality and AEO/SEO/GEO best practices
- Track and analyze performance across website traffic, email marketing, and social media platforms
- Provide technical onboarding and support for team members, including A/V support for meetings

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
- 2–4 years of experience in digital platforms, technology operations, or digital marketing
- Comfort working with digital tools, data, and cloud-based systems
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
