What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and oversee integrated, multi-channel campaigns to grow NIF's audience, recruit new donors, and deepen existing supporters' engagement
- Set ambitious year-round goals for email list growth, online fundraising, and monthly sustainers, building and executing processes to achieve program goals
- Manage multidepartmental marketing projects and campaigns with careful attention to timeline, detail, and inter-team communication
- Write compelling content for marketing and fundraising emails, print brochures, postcards, digital ads, and other marketing collateral

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 5-8 years serving in a marketing or communications role at a non-profit, campaign, or agency
- Outstanding writing skills and experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and other digital marketing channels
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM with experience in both paid search campaigns and organic optimization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple moving projects with different levels of urgency and collaboration, with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
