What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Oversee all clinical aspects of clinical trial(s), including planning and authoring clinical deliverables (protocols, amendments, medical monitoring plans, annual reports, study-specific updates, CSRs)
- Conduct routine medical monitoring, site interaction regarding patient eligibility and treatment inquiries, and internal/external presentations
- Ensure study protocols are executed appropriately and study data is appropriate and pristine through data review, cleaning, and querying
- Work on multiple early-phase projects simultaneously, requiring multitasking and rapid reorganization of priorities

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years as a Clinical Scientist in a pharmaceutical or biotech company
- Prior experience in early phase 1-2 oncology studies is required
- Experience with hematologic malignancies is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills to work effectively across disciplines and levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex, and competing priorities to effective conclusion
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically with solution-focused problem solving
