Mission
What you will drive
- Support Crusoe's inorganic growth strategy across Power, Industrial Process and Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Software sectors
- Manage end-to-end M&A processes including target identification, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and closing
- Evaluate and structure strategic investments, partnerships, and joint ventures aligned with company growth objectives
- Conduct market analysis and maintain pipeline of potential M&A and investment targets

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2-5+ years experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory Services
- Direct M&A transaction experience with strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Sector knowledge in Industrials, Energy, and/or Real Estate preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative field
