Associate, Corporate Development and M&A

• Support Crusoe's inorganic growth strategy across Power, Industrial Process and Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Software sectors
• Manage end-to-end M&A processes including target identification, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and closing
• Evaluate and structure strategic investments, partnerships, and joint ventures aligned with company growth objectives
• Conduct market analysis and maintain pipeline of potential M&A and investment targets

This role accelerates the development of sustainable cloud infrastructure that powers AI innovation without sacrificing scale, speed, or environmental sustainability, contributing to responsible technological transformation.

• 2-5+ years experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory Services
• Direct M&A transaction experience with strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Sector knowledge in Industrials, Energy, and/or Real Estate preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative field

• Industry competitive pay with compensation range up to $110,000-$170,000 + Bonus
