Assistant Commissioning Manager (Remote)

• Manage the project commissioning team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks.
• Review technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements related to commissioning and assist with the development of project-specific commissioning plans and procedures.
• Prepare electrical energization procedures and oversee all major energization and hot commissioning activities for BESS & PV projects.
• Manage all pre-commissioning, cold, warm, and hot commissioning tests, including initial energization, synchronization, functional testing, and project acceptance testing.

This role contributes to the deployment of renewable energy infrastructure by ensuring the proper commissioning of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, helping accelerate the transition to clean energy.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in testing and commissioning on utility scale electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing project teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards (NFPA/NEC, IEEE/IES/API), safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
