Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and motivate the Late Arrears Team to professionally respond to inbound financial difficulty/arrears calls and support customers
- Coordinate outbound arrears activity, including automated dialler use, and ensure internal service level agreements are exceeded
- Implement late arrears exit strategies, including mortgage litigation, repossession, and third-party debt sales
- Identify operational risks, complete first-line controls, and foster a risk-aware culture within the team

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Demonstrable experience leading front-facing Late Arrears teams in a regulated environment
- 2+ years' experience leading a mortgage litigation and asset management team with knowledge of FCA rules
- Demonstrable knowledge of managing third-party supplier relationships with litigation and asset management companies
- Strong communication skills for feedback, coaching, and professional interaction with third-party partners
