What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage customer service requests and inbound communications for mortgage and loan products
  • Handle accounts in arrears by identifying root causes and negotiating repayment solutions with customers
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by issuing accurate documentation and adhering to FCA rules
  • Manage later arrears cases including litigation for motor finance and mortgages

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Previous experience in financial services with regulatory appreciation and customer service in lending environments
  • Demonstrable experience working with mortgage and motor finance arrears including repossessions
  • Knowledge of FCA rules (MCOB and CONC), CCA, and GDPR regulations
  • Experience with later arrears and litigation for secured loans
