What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Proactively manage customer service requests and inbound communications for mortgage and loan products
- Handle accounts in arrears by identifying root causes and negotiating repayment solutions with customers
- Ensure regulatory compliance by issuing accurate documentation and adhering to FCA rules
- Manage later arrears cases including litigation for motor finance and mortgages

Required qualifications:
- Previous experience in financial services with regulatory appreciation and customer service in lending environments
- Demonstrable experience working with mortgage and motor finance arrears including repossessions
- Knowledge of FCA rules (MCOB and CONC), CCA, and GDPR regulations
- Experience with later arrears and litigation for secured loans
