Mission
What you will drive
- Proactively manage customer service requests and inbound communications for mortgage and loan products in arrears
- Handle accounts in later arrears and litigation for motor finance and mortgages, including repossession cases
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers in financial difficulty and identify appropriate forbearance options
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, company standards, and fair customer treatment principles

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Previous experience in financial services with regulatory knowledge and success in customer service and arrears management
- Demonstrable experience working with mortgage and motor finance arrears, including repossession cases
- Knowledge of FCA rules (MCOB and CONC), CCA, GDPR regulations, and delivering fair customer outcomes
- Experience with later arrears and litigation processes for secured loans
