As our Applied Psychologist, you'll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that make people say: "This didn't just teach me, it changed me."

You'll play a crucial role in developing a company whose content and products will be used by millions of people, helping them transform their lives through science-backed, AI-powered learning experiences that go beyond knowledge consumption to create real behavioral change.

• 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred)
• You've shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end, and can show measurable results
• Comfortable with AI tools, Figma
• Proven track record of designing and delivering digital learning experiences across a variety of asset types
• Strong writing skills and aesthetic sensibility
• French native, English fluent
