Application Developer

• Lead advanced technical work in analysis, design, development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of complex applications supporting business systems
• Design integrated systems including logical models, process flows, and critical data elements with embedded security policies
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, .NET) and develop/customize/maintain applications
• Collaborate with business application owners to translate needs into technical solutions and provide project management support

This role contributes to decarbonizing the grid and reducing energy consumption through innovative energy management solutions, helping to avoid millions of tons of CO2 emissions annually.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields (technical certifications also considered)
• Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Solid experience with .NET development in international or enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies including Azure, SQL Server, IIS, Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell
