What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data to provide strategic program insights and inform data-driven decisions across commercial, political, and non-profit client sectors
- Build data infrastructure, reports, and calculators to power solutions, and create client-facing materials that summarize findings
- Manage large projects from beginning to end, taking ownership of the work and end product, while mentoring junior analysts
- Develop creative solutions to analytical problems, including creating new calculators or analyzing existing outputs in new ways

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with statistical background or 3+ years of experience analyzing data and building reports
- Experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL, and proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software (Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Keynote)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to guide and mentor junior analysts, and manage large projects from beginning to end
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (Tableau, GIS software like QGIS or ArcGIS), and creating reports and maps with GIS data
