Analyst, Compensation

• Administer multiple equity compensation plans for participants globally, including creating and reconciling reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Manage audit and data verification processes for all equity compensation plans and oversee day-to-day vendor relationships.
• Participate in compensation surveys, conduct benchmarking and market trend analysis, and contribute to maintaining competitively positioned compensation structures.
• Support the annual year-end compensation process and contribute to the enhancement of technology platforms used for compensation decisions.

This role ensures accurate and timely administration of equity compensation plans, supporting fair and competitive compensation structures that contribute to employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.

• 2 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel (pivot tables and lookups).
• Ability to conduct analysis and pull insights from large amounts of data; knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an asset.
• Knowledge of Shareworks equity administration system, equity compensation plans, and related legislation for Canada and the US is preferred.
• University degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance is preferred, with competencies in initiative, problem-solving, and commitment to excellence.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000, with a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Compensation varies based on geography and is market competitive, considering experience, industry background, education, and designations.
