Amplifier Contractor, Content Creator (Freelance) - Remote

Core responsibilities:

• Research topics, create and edit videos, and upload content to social media platforms
• Create 6–8 videos per day and manage 3 social media accounts simultaneously
• Develop and test new social media amplifier accounts targeting Gen Z and Millennial Latinos in the U.S.
• Analyze watch time, retention, and engagement metrics to adjust strategy weekly

This role creates positive change by leveraging digital media to inform and entertain Latino communities, providing trusted news, educational resources, and cultural content that empowers and connects millions of Latinos across the U.S.

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years experience editing and producing videos for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with native-level Spanish speaking and writing skills
• Strong TikTok and Reels editing skills using tools like CapCut or Premiere Rush
• Experience with full-cycle content creation including research, scripting, editing, and publishing

Compensation and details:

• $20-$25 per hour depending on experience
• Estimated 40 hours per week
• 4-month freelance opportunity with possibility of becoming full-time based on performance
• Remote work opportunity for individuals based anywhere in the U.S.
