Air Quality Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Perform technical work and support project deliverables on complex air quality projects including applying regulations, preparing emissions calculations, and preparing permit applications
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and partners through excellent project work
• Collaborate closely with other team members to listen to client needs and develop solutions
• Work with clients to understand how their air permitting needs fit within existing regulations

This role helps clients navigate complex environmental regulations to ensure compliance with air quality standards, contributing to environmental protection and sustainable development through proper permitting and emissions management.

Required qualifications:

• BS degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Science or related field
• 3-6 years of direct environmental regulatory compliance experience with focus in air permitting
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
