AI Strategy Team Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Conduct research on AI governance and strategy to inform policymakers and foundations about effective policies
• Analyze complex AI policy issues aligned with Rethink Priorities' mission to help people and nonhuman animals
• Develop evidence-based insights on AI governance approaches and their potential impacts
• Collaborate with a remote team working on important and neglected research areas
• Communicate findings effectively to key stakeholders including policymakers and philanthropic organizations
