Mission
What you will drive
- Leads the direct sales process and achieving sales targets
- Responsible for visits to current and potential clients
- Leads the performing of routine account management activities
- Submits short and long-range sales plans and prepares sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets
- Ensures that clients receive high quality customer service
- Responsible for North America and Latin America revenue generation in specific territory
- Directs manufacturers’ representatives and administration resources
- Interprets and analyzes data to create solutions to grow revenue and placement
- Responsible for Sales/Revenue inputs into the annual plan, quarterly updates, and long range planning processes for specific accounts
- Maintains and grows significant relationships in multiple departments
- Creates and executes sales strategies to win against highly commoditized product lines in the automotive aftermarket

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with Aftermarket specific sales experience; OEM sales experience a plus
- Demonstrated success in driving $6M+ in sales and achieving significant revenue growth, specifically in the US market
- Strong skills with a proven ability to manage manufacture’s reps
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for accounts
- Proven ability to analyze information and leverage findings to set and drive the sales strategy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
