Mission

What you will drive

  • Oversee AFJ Law operational systems and coordinate with AFJ-wide systems to ensure seamless functionality and data integrity
  • Collaborate with AFJ Law Program Director and operations team to establish secure infrastructure for case management, client intake and controlled information flow across AFJ programs
  • Collaborate with AFJ leadership to scale the AFJ Law pilot into a comprehensive program, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to amplify program impact
  • Conduct legal research into AFJ Law matters, providing insights and recommendations to inform program strategies and advocacy efforts

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in program management
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in legal operations a plus
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
  • Nonprofit and/or public interest organization experience a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Exceptional computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office 365; experience with case management systems a plus
  • Commitment to AFJ / AFJ Action’s mission and goals

Benefits

Salary range: $77,500-$85,925.
