Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the Mid-Atlantic Chapter, implementing revenue development and mission delivery strategies to advance the Parkinson's Foundation's goals
- Achieve targeted revenue metrics through fundraising events, corporate development, individual giving, and Ambassador/board development
- Develop, manage, and oversee the Chapter budget and long-term strategy for sustained revenue growth
- Cultivate community partnerships and alliances to promote growth and awareness of Parkinson's Foundation initiatives

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of fundraising experience, preferably within a healthcare non-profit organization
- Demonstrated track record in special events, corporate/foundation giving, donor cultivation, and volunteer development
- Proven skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and managing high-performing teams of 2 or more
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and computer skills (MS Office suite; Raiser's Edge NXT proficiency a plus)
