Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Director of California Policy and Director of Sexual and Reproductive Health, including calendar management, meeting coordination, expense processing, and document organization
- Support operational efficiency and cross-office collaboration as part of the Operations Team, including processing operations tickets and providing event support
- Assist with project management needs, technical assistance data entry, and communication with funders, donors, and board members
- Participate in organization-wide committees and initiatives as part of regular responsibilities

Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher from a U.S. accredited college/university
- Minimum of two years of experience in administrative support functions
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of cloud-based filing platforms
- Demonstrated project management and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and commitment to equity-centered work
